Moving and Office Furniture Installation at Tampa Area School

Relocation of Furniture at a Local School:
Today was one of our “move in” days on the Boyette Springs Elementary School project with Skanska. This move is over in Lithia, East of Brandon and Tampa.
The project was a multi-week “move out / move in” during the school’s renovation. Our part of the project was to relocate furniture from 5 school buildings, temporarily store the furniture and other items, and then move the furniture back into the buildings and offices once Skanska finished their reconstruction and renovation efforts.
Naturally, this type of project requires the coordination and efforts of many team members over the course of a few weeks – this was a large move to say the least!
Project requirements included:
- Office furniture disassembly
- Furniture and equipment move out and move in
- Office furniture reassembly, installation and set up
- Short term storage both on-site and within our Tampa warehouse
