Tampa Bay Office Workers Considering Better Posture, Better Health?

We all think about it from time to time; our posture as we’re slouched over our office desks while we’re working on a project.
Heck, it’s hard not to. And frankly, we do very little sitting (and more moving and installing of office chairs, cubes, etc.) but we still tend to ‘not sit correctly’ when we’re back at our office.
So we Googled ‘sit correctly at work’ and came up with this cool, short video we’d like to share. It’s good throughout, but skip ahead to about the 1:20 minutes mark for the advice portion of the video.
It’s important to remember that many studies have related sitting too long at work with decreased muscle mass and greater risks of health issues, especially those related to your back, shoulder and wrists. Yikes!
Also remember, correctly adjusting your office chairs, desks and cubes to the right height for yourself or your employees can make a huge impact on how they feel at the end of the day. Happier employees make for better employees!
