Integrity Express Logistics to Hire 50 New Employees in Tampa Office

Positive business news this week tells of Integrity Express Logistics making an announcement to hire 50 new employees in its Tampa office.

The local office of the Ohio-based company is on Eisenhower Blvd. South.

When we see news like that, our thoughts turn to the logistical side of adding that many new employees. While it’s different from company to company based on how their office space is structured, shift work, work-at-home options and other factors — the addition of 50 new employees could also mean the addition of 50 new desks or cubicles.

Likewise, it could mean 50 new desk chairs, filing cabinets, etc., etc. Not only is there is purchase of this new office furniture, but someone will need to come in and either reconfigure the existing space to accommodate the new workspaces — or furniture installers will need to assemble and place the new furniture.

When companies make hiring decisions like this, they’re often very aware of the logistics involved. A tremendous amount of planning will happen before the first hire walks in the door.
