New York Wellness Company Moving HQ to Downtown St. Pete

According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Twinlab Consolidation Corp. has “signed a 12-year lease for 30,600 square feet — two floors — of the First Central Tower at 360 Central Ave.”
80 employees will make the move to Florida.
Per TBBJ, “TCC’s brands include the Metabolife diet and energy products, Fuel sports supplement products, Alvita herbal teas and Trigosamine joint support products.”
With 80 employees and an office build out, that’s quite a bit of work for the company to manage. It will be interesting to see what kind of relocation companies will be involved.
