Client Requests Walk Through and Estimate on Tampa Office Move

I would like to schedule an on sight walk through for a quote sometime this week or next week, the move will be 12/11/15.

Our general manager or another representative of Office Movers of Florida will quickly follow up by phone or email to better understand the requirements of the office move, installation project or other office interior service.

Above is an actual request from a customer regarding a local Tampa area office move.

While we can do some job estimates over the telephone, if the contact at the company is inexperienced with managing office moves, they will often ask us to send someone to their location for a walk through.

This is completely fine (and we do offer free estimates on all jobs). Our goal is to ensure our clients feel comfortable throughout the move. This means we’ll be happy to walk through an office space to gain a better understanding of the requirements of the move.

While there, we can also count office furniture and other items that need to be moved. In doing so, and in evaluating other requirements of the move, we can then begin to create and estimate.

Our estimates will be given in writing and outline the requirements and all other information regarding the move.
