Tampa Company Need Local Mover for Office Accessories and Filing

Below is a recent inquiry we received on our website in January 2017.

We are moving our 50 person office a few blocks away. Only moving wall decor, files, store room, employee boxes/items, minimal IT equip, but NO furniture (few chairs only). Need to move at end of February.

A 50 person office is generally quite a large relocation project. Disassembling, moving and re-install furniture for that many employees can be a multi-day job.

In this case, the company was purchasing new office furniture — desks, chairs, workstations, etc. — so there was very little furniture to move. Most of the move consisted of accessories, filing, boxes and some IT equipment. Most of that can be moved in special bins that we have that stack well and move easily on rollers.

Office relocations like this can be quite efficient — with limited man hours — and that means a smaller moving price for the client!
