Tampa CPA Firm Looks at In-Town Office Relocation

Even Covid-19 can’t keep some Tampa businesses from moving their office space.
We recently had a request from a Tampa CPA firm who needed our helping relocating their office space – moving from Fowler Ave. near the University of South Florida (USF) to Temple Terrace – a short 2 mile move.
Office relocations like these are common as businesses are still ending leases and finding new spaces, downsizing or upsizing their workspaces.
For CPAs, tax season is officially over as the tax deadline had been extended through July 15, 2020. Just like in years past, we’ve seen accounting firms, CPA firms and even law firms wait until tax season was over before they made office space changes. This ‘downtime’ is a good time for them to focus on moving efforts.
