Denholtz Associates Spends Big on Tampa and St. Pete Office Buildings — That’s Good News for Tenants Who Are Moving or Expanding Within Current Space
06 Jun 2017
Per an article in the Business Observer, “Denholtz Associates has spent in excess of $10 million to upgrade its office buildings in downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg, and it appears that those investments are beginning to pay off.”
In May, the Denholtz signed one occupant to a lease on 22M+ square feet. Another tenant renewed it’s lease on 113M square feet in the old Tampa Bay Times building.
Moves included, “upgrading and renovating the building’s lobby and HVAC systems and installing a new café and outdoor seating” in one building and “modernizing the Times building’s lobby and elevators, which also includes a new conference center for tenants, a café and fitness center.”
The goal was to provide more value to the occupants of their buildings, hopefully ensuring re-ups or longer lease agreements — a smart mover for the company.
