Office tower in St. Pete changes hands – what businesses are moving in?

According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, “the former Wells Fargo Plaza office building in downtown St. Petersburg has been sold for $20 million.”

At 17 stories, there is a lot of room to fill with companies who are interested in a downtown St. Pete location. Per the story, Feldman Equities will lead the way in leasing efforts. Naming rights to the building are available and views of the Tampa Bay are available.
