OMOF Manages Office Furniture Reconfiguration for Large Clearwater, Florida Insurance Company

Office Movers of Florida recently managed the the reconfiguration of office space and office furniture for one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the country.

Based in Clearwater Florida, the well-known and respected agency, specializes in both commercial and personal insurance needs.

Our team of commercial furniture installers was brought in by a local Tampa Bay office furniture dealer who was providing the insurance company with brand new office furniture.

As a result, their workspace was being redesigned and that included the removal of dozens of workstations and office set ups within the building, resulting in an intensive multi-day job.

While we work directly with Tampa Bay area company’s and organizations, we also work very closely with many office furniture dealers – within Tampa and Central Florida as well as across the United States – to provide relocation, internal moving and complete installation services.

Project scope

The scope of this specific job was to tear down and load out (51) Friant stations and (34) Private office set ups. It also included the removal of dozens of office chairs, seating, storage, conference room tables and other equipment.

With so many workstations to be broken down and removed correctly and efficiently, our teams had to be laser focused with a high attention to detail – something our guys are very well experienced doing. When properly disassembling furniture and correctly getting the equipment ready for loading to move it out of the office space – training and past experience play a large role.

Our goal with every move or install is to manage the entire process safely, correctly and efficiently.

As you’ll note, the break down and move out of dozens of furniture configurations requires physical effort and can be a bit dirty – but our teams also manage final cleanup as part of the process.
