Tampa continues ‘big wins’ in getting companies to relocate office space

A residential mortgage service and lender is planning to move from Clearwater to Tampa’s Westshore district, doubling its office space in the process.
Planet Home Lending has signed a lease for 22,450 square feet or the entire third floor of Lincoln Center at 5401 W. Kennedy Blvd., more than double its current space in Turtle Creek Business Center.
The company employs 68 people in Clearwater and could grow to 112 employees in Westshore, said Brandi Jaber, a Planet Home Lending vice president.
