Relocating Your Tampa Area Office? Here’s What to Expect.

In a recent poll we issued to some of our clients, we asked the question:
“What do clients expect when relocating or their corporate offices in Tampa, St. Pete and the surrounding areas of greater Tampa Bay?”
We were curious to hear what some of the answers would be. Some we guessed, others we didn’t.
Here are a few of the top expectations:
- We want to be back up and working ASAP
- We expect that nothing will be damaged or broken
- No dings, knicks, scratches or holes in the office walls and floor please!
- We don’t want to have to deal with insurance if something is damaged
- We expect the move to go quickly – weekends are best!
- Cost is an issue of course, but not an overriding concern
- Do you use ‘green’ methods in your moving process?
- You’ll work with me on explaining the move to my boss – how it works, what it takes, etc.
