The Tampa Heights area (of Tampa) continues to see positive movements forward from both commercial developers, local government and other interested parties.

This part of town is on the verge of ‘being the next Hyde Park area’ of town with developers seeking ways to bring in mixed use development — attracting both residents and commercial interests.
