If you read the local news – especially business news here in Tamp and the surrounding cities and towns that make up Tampa Bay – you soon realize that “things are happening!”
Downtown Tampa, already on the upswing, has been a hot commodity and plans for the future are rich. Other areas around Tampa Bay are seeing new companies relocate within their communities, or are seeing an uptick in local companies looking for new office space to expand into.
But what motivates businesses and other organizations to relocate their office space? We read and interesting article in Forbes that explains some of those reasons.
